White Plains Hospital’s Emergency Department is the busiest in Westchester County, seeing more than 70,000 patients annually. Through the redesign of a Team Based-Care and Streaming of Care initiatives, the Emergency Department improved their overall efficiency, delivery of high quality care, and improved the patient experience which are essential to optimal patient outcomes.
