2025 President’s Award

The President’s Award is given at the discretion of the ENA president to an individual or group that has had a great impact on the ENA president’s career through inspiration, mentorship, teaching, or support. This individual must have provided invaluable assistance during the term of the president and must have provided a service or support to ENA that the president deems significant to the profession but is not covered by any other award.

“For this year’s President Award, I’d like to recognize my parents Bob and Gloria Oglesby for letting me be who I am and teaching me the value of hard work, discipline and persistence in pursuing my goals and dreams. They are a constant reminder to never forget my roots and have always encouraged me toward excellence. There is no doubt in my mind that without their continued support and counsel, I could not have reached this pinnacle of my nursing career.”
