The 145-bed ED sees more than 98,600 ED visits a year.
One notable example is the nurse-initiated “All Hands” team, an internal rapid-response system providing immediate support to colleagues during patient or team member emergencies. This team’s success led to its expansion, becoming the primary ED response team for all codes and rapid responses within their catchment area.
