In the 39-bed emergency department at Hackensack Meridian Health Raritan Bay Medical Center, teams worked to improve the efficiency of patient care, particularly with code stroke patients. Door-to-CT time improved after moving the Teleneuro robot into CT for code stroke patients. To help improve the door-to-EKG, the patient care technician was moved into triage, and an EKG EMS stretcher was designated.
