Nycole Oliver is an advanced practice registered nurse with Baptist Health – Fort Smith, where she has devoted most of her career to using her advanced education toward improving care practices, leading professional development for other nurses and meeting every challenge as an opportunity.

She has shared her expertise in education and clinical standards far beyond the hospital where she has worked for more than 25 years. She has given more than 75 professional presentations at the local, state, regional, national and international levels.

Her involvement in ENA began with taking TNCC and ultimately bringing it to her hospital. Her contributions to the association over the years are far-reaching, including her current role as a member of the ENA Foundation Board of Trustees. Oliver has volunteered committees such as the ENA Advanced Practice Advisory Council, the Resolutions Committee and the Conference Education Planning Committee. Her work at the state level included time as Arkansas ENA Council president and on numerous committees. She was inducted into the Academy of Emergency Nursing in 2020.
