Andrew Slavetskas, a nursing informatics specialist with United Health Services, has more than a decade of experience in emergency nursing, behavioral health and nursing informatics. He chairs his organization’s Nursing Informatics Council and is actively involved in shared governance. His published work focuses on recognizing and responding to agitation using the Behavioral Activity Rating Scale.
