Central Texas Stop the Bleed Team, Central Texas ENA and McLane Children’s Medical Center Baylor Scott & White partnered with many other health care providers to offer Stop the Bleed education at a local high school. Over 1,900 students were educated by 41 instructors over two days. This partnership allowed CTX ENA to build trusting relationships with other local schools and organizations in the community. Since the initial project, the model was shared with Central Texas Regional Advisory Council who has continued to develop the program. The local program is currently composed of more than 50 instructors and has provided education to more than 7,000 community members.
