She has ongoing participation in multiple leadership roles in ENA–local chapter involvement, state leadership roles and national participation as a current member of the ENA Foundation Board of Trustees, former Foundation chairperson and past member of the ENA Board of Directors, as well as membership on national committees. Chris continuous her roles in educating, precepting, and mentoring nurses and nurse practitioners and providing direct patient care at a large inner city ED bringing the processes and patient care initiatives promulgated by ENA to practice. Chris passionately continues to work to educate and provide care for the underserved populations in the US and internationally.
