The peer-review process is essential to maintaining the high quality of the Journal’s content, and the ongoing dedication and commitment of our JEN reviewers helps us uphold the JEN standard of excellence. The JEN Reviewer of the Year Award is given in recognition of the outstanding contribution the many JEN reviewers make to the journal. The JEN Editorial Board’s selection of the Reviewer of the Year is a multi-stage process based on the quality and quantity of manuscript reviews and recognizes a reviewer who consistently provides in-depth, constructive feedback to authors to maintain the quality of JEN’s content.
Journal of Emergency Nursing Authors of the Year Award
The JEN Author(s) of the Year Award is designed to recognize specific papers that are relevant and of value to emergency nursing practice, present timely ideas and content, feature original thinking as well as new information and describe a solution or practice change based on credible evidence.
Journal of Emergency Nursing Editors in Chief
The purpose of this new award is to provide additional recognition for a paper that shows a high caliber of research methods.
